My Services
Primary services provided are Nutrition and Emotional Health Consultations, however in the future I may also offer additional services such as workshops or programs. The terms and conditions in this document apply to all of my services and products unless alternative terms are explicitly stated.
I offer:
Nutrition Consultations, which result in tailored nutrition and lifestyle advice to help clients maximise their health and minimise their risk of ill-health. Through spending time getting to know clients, I aim to identify underlying causes of any health concerns they may have and provide nutritional support to address these concerns. This may include hormonal imbalances, gastrointestinal disturbances, skin concerns, energy levels, immune support and other health-related issues. Advice may also include lifestyle recommendations.
Ongoing support via follow-up consultations, in which we discuss progress and adjust treatment plans in line with changing circumstances.
Future offerings may include workshops, webinars and programs
My intention is to help people address health concerns and provide guidance and advice for food and lifestyle choices to support their health goals.
My Qualifications
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine). My degree involved a significant practical and clinical component, ensuring I developed skills and experience under supervision of highly qualified Nutritionists and Naturopaths with many years of experience. I have a 2023 certificate of Trauma -Informed Coaching from the Centre for Healing, Melbourne and I am a certified ERT (emotion release technique) practitioner and Mindset Coach as of 2021
My Responsibility
I am responsible for:
Taking all reasonable care and due diligence to ensure that I don’t cause harm or worsen someone’s health
Undertaking Continuing Professional Education (CPE) to maintain and continue to improve my knowledge of nutritional medicine
Building relationships with my clients to ensure I gather all relevant details of their health history, so that their health plan is targeted specifically for their needs
Maintaining awareness and understanding of how nutritional intervention may impact all aspects of health including both mental and physical health.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Advising me of all relevant health history, any medications or supplementations you are already taking
Notifying me of any adverse reactions you have to any supplements I recommend
Informing your medical practitioners (General Practitioner (GP), specialist etc.) of any supplements you are taking, whether they are self-prescribed or prescribed by me
Following my treatment plan to the best of your ability
Raising concerns or difficulties you may have with your treatment plan during initial or follow-up consultations, so that they can be addressed.
Completing all purchased appointments within 12 months of purchase of your chosen package or program whereby they are forfeited if not completed.
Important Information
As part of your treatment plan, I may recommend supplementation if I see evidence of a deficiency or to support your body in its healing journey. All supplements recommended are sourced from quality third-party suppliers. However, adverse reactions can and do occur and it is important that you advise me of any reactions immediately, so that I can take appropriate action. Whilst I will only recommend supplements from quality third-party suppliers, responsibility for their safety and efficacy lie with the supplement suppliers. Supplement costs are payable by you and additional to consultation fees.
Should you choose to source your own products via the internet or other sources (e.g. health food stores or pharmacies), I accept no responsibility for their safety, efficacy or potential interactions with any other medications you may be taking.
You should be aware that nutritional interventions take time to have an effect on your health and well-being. My services do not offer a quick fix, nor can supplements fix a continuing poor diet or lifestyle. Long-term commitment to treatment plans rather than sporadic adherence is much more likely to generate significant, positive results.
Lifestyle advice and guidance is not a substitute for counselling or therapy and should not be treated as such. All lifestyle recommendations are general in nature and should be treated as guidance and suggestions only. I may refer you to another health provider such as a counsellor if I feel this would benefit you; of course, you can choose whether or not to follow through with any such referrals.
Where indicated, I may also request pathology testing for further information regarding your health. Wherever possible, this will be requested via your GP. However, in the event that we need specialised testing, this will incur additional costs. Any pathology testing is voluntary.
Should you have any specific concerns about your health during our consultations, please seek the advice of your GP or appropriate specialist. My consultations are not a substitute for medical advice; however they can work alongside your health practitioners to complement any medical treatment you are undertaking.
My Health Science degree does not qualify me to diagnose medical conditions, including mental health conditions. Nor can I diagnose or treat clients with medically-diagnosed eating disorders. In such instances I may be able to support the work of your medical team, on a case by case basis.
If I identify any red-flags (such as eating disorders, complications associated with high or low blood pressure, respiratory distress or indications of infectious disease) I will act accordingly. However, responsibility for following such actions, e.g., seeing your GP, remains with you.

You must not provide extracts of any course content to anyone under any circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment may be made in cash or via direct deposit to my bank account or via credit card when booking online..
Payment is due on the day of consultation. Supplement costs are either added to the consultation fee or paid direct to the supplement provider via an online account, established by me in the client’s name. Clients are responsible for any delivery fees associated with supplements. Supplements will usually be delivered direct to clients via third party suppliers. Should there be any problem with your supplements, such as damage on arrival, please advise me immediately so that I can follow up with the supplier.
In circumstances of financial hardship, payment plans may be considered on a case by case basis.
Appointment Policies
Consultations may be held via Zoom, at my home clinic or in an alternate location as agreed. For an additional cost, consultations may be held in client’s homes (within reasonable travel time of my home, up to ½ hour by car). If via Zoom, I will send a Zoom link prior to the consultation. In the event of technical issues, or should an unexpected emergency arise preventing my attendance, appointments will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
A parent or guardian is required to be present during all consultations with children under the age of 14. Between 14 and 18 years, children may choose to attend a consultation without a parent or guardian present. In this instance, any information gathered during the consultation, and details of the treatment plan, will only be shared with the parent or guardian with the child’s permission.
If the consultation is being held via Zoom, you should be in a quiet, private location with internet access and video capability on your computer / tablet. If the consultation is being held in your home, I will require access to a chair and table in a quiet area of your house, preferably uninterrupted.
A link to an online intake form will be included with booking confirmation email; this must be completed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to the initial appointment. This is not required for follow up consultations.
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or reschedule, or a late cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be applicable. In the event of unexpected emergency preventing attendance, an option to reschedule will be available at my discretion.

I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and am very keen to hear if you have any problems. However, if there is a problem, my liability is strictly limited to:
replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
If I am unable to do so within a reasonable time, paying the cost of having the relevant goods or services supplied to you again.
